I had a great weekend stay at the Hilton Garden. The staff made me feel appreciated on Mother's Day by greeting me and offering me a flower at the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with chocolate covered strawberries as a special treat. The staff also provided recommendations for local eating places.

This hotel had everything we needed. We liked the staff and cleanliness. Our room was equipped with a bathtub, which was a plus for us. Kiln Creek Lake 12 is conveniently close to the property. The Garden Grille & Bar, their onsite restaurant, allowed us to easily book a table.

the bed was so wonderful. it suited my husband and I. We slept like babies. We also loved the server for breakfast. She was so customer service oriented and was very kind. The front desk staff for evening and morning was excellent. Overall, our stay was FANTABULOUS!

The price is high for very little accomadations.

There was a problem with the AC unit in my room, but when it couldn't be fixed, there was absolutely no problem or hassle getting us moved to another room. Follow up calls were made to ensure our comfort. I believe the young man at the desk was named Pashat and I apologize if it is incorrect. Anyway, he is to be commended for his professional manner and excellent customer service! Will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others.

Conveniently located just a few minutes away from Hampton Roads Iceplex. The building is nicely situated near Williamsburg, restaurants, shops, and Virginia for business. 🏢
